ABOUT US
The New Jersey Breakers is a girls fastpitch softball program consisting of athletes of all ages and all skill levels. Our program is dedicated to advancing player, coach, and parent understanding of the game and improving skill levels beyond player defined goals. Most important is the enhanced self confidence each player displays upon attaining the next skill level, producing not only a better softball player, but a better person. Our focus and dedication to these goals have helped us place 100% of our athletes in college. Most of these athletes are attending the school of their choice.

Founder's Message
The Breaker Organization was created from the love of coaching and the love of the game, none of the founding members had children playing the game. This is the key component that sets us apart from most other organizations in the United States. We have a unique vision of the game because we did not have to be concerned with coaching our daughter or the stigma attached to being a parent coach. All four foundering members have combine 146 years of softball coaching and college placement experience and are still deeply involved in running the organization.
