Joe Salvatore - President, 42 years of softball coaching and college recruitment. 7 years of playing men’s fast pitch softball, 8 years as a college coach and 4 years as a Team USA coach. Joe’s knowledge and experience allows him to teach every facet of the game. His personal passions are teaching pitching, catching and hitting.

 

Dave Salvatore - Head of Softball Operation, 42 years of softball coaching and college recruitment experience. 5 Years as a College head coach, he was twice named NCAA Coach of the Year. Dave’s knowledge and experience allows him to teach every facet of the game. His personal passions are offense, hitting and mental approach to the game.

 

Keith Riggio - Program Training Coach, 37 years of softball coaching and college recruitment experience. Keith’s knowledge and experience allows him to teach every facet of the game. His personal passions are the defensive side of the game, slap hitting and the mental approach to the game.

Frank Parisi - Softball Relationship Manager, 37 years of softball coaching and college recruitment experience. Frank’s knowledge and experience allows him to teach every facet of the game. His personal passions are building relationships between teams in our organization and help with parent player communication.

Jake Salvatore - Former Montclair State University Assistant Coach, 18U Head Coach, 9 years of coaching experience from 14u-18u. Growing up and working in education allows him to teach all aspects of the game to any level athlete. His personal passions are hitting and catching.

Judi Salvatore - 18U Assistant Coach with 25 years coaching experience from 10u-18u.  As an elementary educator for 30 plus years, she brings a passion for learning.

Glenn Fuchs - 18U Assistant Coach and Webmaster, a creative design and production professional with 27 years of experience managing and executing all manner of printed and digital materials, and social media. His computer and technical skills enable Glenn to serve as the real-time digital score-keeper while simultaneously keeping the book during games. Additionally, Glenn is also administrator of our team management app for players and parents.
